Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all services provided by Home to Perfection, a sole trader practice based at 10 Larkfield Close, Rochford, Essex SS4 1SS. By booking a session with us you agree to the terms below.

1. Discovery call

The initial 30-minute discovery call is free and carries no obligation to book further work.

2. Quotes & bookings

Every home is different. A clear figure will be agreed in writing before any organising work begins. Bookings are confirmed once dates are agreed by both parties.

3. Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed session fee to cover time reserved.

4. Decisions about your belongings

All decisions about what to keep, donate, sell or dispose of remain entirely yours. We will guide, sort and suggest, but will never remove anything without your consent.

5. Removal of unwanted items

Where agreed, we can arrange collection and disposal of unwanted items. Third-party removal or charity collection costs are passed through at cost.

6. Confidentiality

Home to Perfection is an accredited APDO member and follows the APDO professional code of conduct. Nothing about your home, belongings or circumstances is shared with anyone else.

7. Liability

Reasonable care is taken with every item handled. Home to Perfection is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear or defects to items or property, or for outcomes resulting from decisions made by the client during the session.

8. Payment

Payment terms are agreed in advance in the written quote. Invoices are typically due within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
